My experience here was very disappointing. We had Mark out to correct a couple of keys and tune our family piano which he was able to do for a few hundred dollars. However, within 2 to 3 months the 2 original keys that were an issue became a problem again. We kindly called Mark, he claimed to stand behind his work and booked another appointment to come and fix the issue. He did warn there could be extra cost as there may be a bigger issue at play...fine, I thought.

Mark and his crew were professional & kind, and most importantly they know how to take care of pianos. I needed to move my mom's Yamaha baby grand piano from my basement to the 2nd floor. It seemed to be an almost impossible project. However, Mark and his crew made it work!!!! Mark came to my place to measure the space first. He was careful yet confident. Mark had a great sense of responsibility so I could trust him 100%.

This is what a 5 star service should be. Mark was very responsive by either text messages or emails. They were punctual, and above everything they were well equipped to move pianos with utmost care for your house and piano. You can't ask for more. Thank you.

Mark has been tuning my piano for many years, and most recently gave it a good clean as well. Mark was efficient and detail oriented, and replied to all correspondence when booking the appointment quickly. A pleasant guy to chat with, and handled working with my (very sentimental) piano with care. An added bonus was hearing him play it so beautifully!

Mark and his son moved my grandmother's piano to my house this morning. I was impressed by their professional and friendly demeanour, their finesse, and the cleverness they used to manoeuvre the piano up the steps into my home. They took great care (and succeeded!) to not leave any damage anywhere on the piano or my home, even going to the effort of tilting the dolly so that it wouldn't roll over the aluminum threshold under my exterior door.
