I wish there were zero star ratings, the service they provided was terrible. First, they handled one of my luggage so poorly that there was a cut through the fabric of my luggage (and suggested that my luggage was of bad material and could have be cut due to friction). However, not only was the outside cut, my air-sealed bedding covers inside were also cut, so there's also a hole in the plastic cover (wow, friction sure is impressive!).

Its super convenient as a uWaterloo student. It saves a lot of time and energy when you need to store things for moving out of res but keeping it in Waterloo. Staff are really friendly and are very fast with requests.
We used You Pack We Store multiple times over the last 5 years and our exeprience was always excellent. The customer service team and the delivery drivers were flexible, courteous and always on time. Thank you
Super convenient student storage! They brought me extra boxes and packaging materials despite forgetting to ask them for it at no cost. Super responsive and helpful. A little pricey though!
I've used YouPackWeStore twice now for moving between student housing in Waterloo and highly recommend it. I honestly always dreaded moving before I found them, my previous building had multiple sets of stairs and no elevator yet they picked up and delivered my boxes right inside my room; I didn't have to lift anything and was genuinely amazed at how convenient the experience was, it took away all my hate for moving.
