In their own words
Unfortunately, I can’t give a higher rating. The woman I spoke with on the phone to schedule delivery was rude—she seemed irritated that I answered her call while she was leaving a voicemail. One of the two delivery drivers was also very unpleasant (hostile even) and complained about having to deliver to an apartment building (which, frankly, is part of the job). On top of that, they caused damage to our building’s elevator while bringing up the couch.
I sincerely regret hearing about your experience with our delivery team. Providing courteous and professional service is fundamental to our values, and I apologize that we fell short in this instance. Your feedback is invaluable, and I appreciate you taking the time to share it.
This is the most unaccommodating company I have ever worked with. I had a Structube order that was getting delivered by One Extra guy, not by my choice. They called ahead of time when item arrived in their warehouse so I picked a date and they said they will call me the day before to schedule a time. They call me the day before saying my delivery window is 9am-130pm. I said that that is right in the middle of my work hour and asked if I could pick a different time slot.
Hi Jamie, thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the lack of flexibility in our delivery scheduling and the delays you experienced today.
I rarely write reviews, but feel the need to this time. If i could give 0 stars, i would. Had the worst experience, being accused of things that never happened, gaslighted and the lady on the phone seemed to really enjoy instigating/cause stress rather than calming the situation with us. JAN 25: set up delivery window 8am-12pm for JAN 26. The option to "leave items at door, if no one home" was not offered to us during this phone call. Recording should prove that.
Extremely Disappointing Experience I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the delivery service I received today. Your team delivered two sofas to my home, and during the unloading process they deliberately positioned the items in a way that concealed significant damage. The bottom of one sofa was torn, yet the delivery staff handled it in a manner clearly intended to hide the defect — first while removing it from the truck, and again when placing it in my garage with the damaged side turned downward.
Hi Radonja Thank you for taking my call today. Your feedback was very helpful, and as I mentioned on the phone, this is not what our company stands for. I have spoken with the delivery team about how we handle these situations going forward so this does not happen again.
I would not reccomend this delivery company. If you order furniture from Structube and utilize the free delivery, beware. Everything the store had mentioned went to plan. The delivery company called me a couple days after my purchase to arrange a delivery date. Then the day before the arranged delivery date they call you with a time window for delivery. Mine was set up for a Saturday between 9:30Am-1:30PM.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. We understand how disappointing it is when a scheduled delivery does not go as planned, especially after you made yourself available during the confirmed time window.
See lots of positive experiences on here but that wasn’t mine. They accidentally dropped my tub and broke the corner on delivery. Called and they requested pics which I sent right away. Heard nothing back and had to call them to find out what was happening as my contractor was scheduled. Was told they ordered a new tub but it would be a week or two.
Following two family deaths and for my third move in this year thanks to this upheaval, this company damaged my property, inconvenienced my family, neglected to listen to the point where the RCMP had to come and ask them to move their truck though they'd already been told. The initial date they gave was a day after when they arrived at 10:00 at night. After they were told to go to their motel and do it in the morning, they refused. My mother is 75 and had to get out of bed to drive into town to supervise them.
Please let me know the date of this move. I’d love to make it right. I don’t have a record of moving you. Is it possible it was another company? If it was us please let us make it right.
I had a very disappointing experience with this delivery service. It’s been almost 2 weeks of rescheduling and I still have not received my couch. After purchasing a couch from Structube, I was required to use this company for delivery. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide any flexibility with scheduling, and continued to assign me time slots that would not work for me. In addition, they only provide a delivery time slot the day before, which makes planning difficult and added to the inconvenience.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced, and I truly appreciate your feedback. I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with repeated rescheduling and limited flexibility, especially when expectations were set differently at the time of purchase.

I had a great experience with One Extra Guy. They did a fantastic job, delivered the furniture on time, and carefully placed boxes exactly where they were supposed to go. The service was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. I really appreciate their timely delivery. Highly recommended!
We were really impressed by One Extra Guy. The booking process was smooth. When the truck arrived, they immediately came over, shook our hands and introduced themselves. So I knew we were off to a good start. The way they handled everything, treated one another, and interacted with us was professional, respectful, and genuinely friendly. They worked efficiently, communicated well, and clearly took pride in their work.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about One Extra Guy Moving Company! This is our second time using them, and once again they completely exceeded our expectations. They go so far above and beyond—not only carefully moving and delivering our furniture, but helping us set everything up and making sure every piece is exactly where we want it. They are incredibly professional, polite, efficient, and so respectful of our home and furniture. It’s the attention to detail that really sets them apart.
I recently needed a few pieces of furniture moved from my basement into my rv, so I called One Extra Guy to see if they could help. I explained that it was a small job, and they didn’t hesitate, they said no problem and booked me the next day. The next day they called ahead that they were coming, which I really appreciated. Two of the nicest guys showed up right on time. They were friendly, professional, and took great care moving everything. It was obvious they took pride in their work.
