I recently had Around the Clock Movers pack my household into 2 pods and then unpack the two pods about 6 months later. The packing up part, the packers didn't seem to want to be there. One was particular surely. Even when we bought them lunch and tipped them. When we were being unpacked I found out what a horrible job was done with packing, boxes were broken, smashed, labeled incorrectly. One box I unpacked had a drinking glass and then on top of that there was a heavy ceramic dog dish.
Last weekend we had the unfortunate experience of coming across one of their "crews" in a Circle K gas station on Lincoln and Oswego in Parker. Instead of taking their big truck around the back of the Circle K they decided to squeeze by the gas pumps. They came inches from hitting my truck. When I honked the driver stuck his middle finger 🖕🏻 out of the window and kept going. If my front end was an inch higher their they would have hit me.
Don't know how I missed this review. But the Driver was terminated soon after. Thank you for your message. Unfortunately sometimes it takes awhile to identify the bad apples.
We try our best to support BOB but when you try to justify something that is proven the story you tell is is not true and very wrong. Especially when your trying to justify the cost this is ridiculous. from $680 to $980 for a 3 men 4 hour job that couldn’t or wouldn’t do part of the job that is supposed to be included from what they tell you is insane.
We try our best to be as transparent as possible. With that said we have always charged by the hour, with a one time $100 truck fee, plus any materials we use. We would never "tack on more money" Then what we worked for.
Around The Clock Movers LLC blocked main access to the building for hours with their moving truck and ramp. My grandfather uses a wheelchair, and their setup effectively trapped him from safely getting in or out. This was not a minor inconvenience. Blocking an accessible route for someone in a wheelchair is careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. A moving company should know better than to treat ramps, sidewalks, and building access points like optional space for their equipment.
This is not a fair review at all. I was on the crew that just completed the move. We parked were we were told to park. No one in a wheel chair needed to get through the whole time we were there. It rained the entire time and only one or 2 ladies came through the entrance with no problem.
Would not recommend working with this company, due to transparency and professionalism. Avoid their bad business practices at all cost!

We had a phenomenal experience with Around the Clock Movers. The team was on time (actually early), professional, very polite, and quick. They moved all of our heavy furniture and miscellaneous items from our townhouse and storage unit to our new place in a short period of time, were careful to make sure everything was well protected and therefore completely undamaged, and really put our minds at ease through the stress of the move.

Was really looking forward to working with Around the Clock Movers based on all of the great reviews and Reddit recommendations. I spoke with them on a Saturday about a move on the coming Tuesday and was given a competitive quote and the person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I like especially like that they offer addition insurance for $2000 coverage for just an extra $100. I called back and emailed later that day to confirm but it was after their business hours so I left a message.

Blown away!!!! We are living in a world where customer service is not a focal point for many companies. As a consumer, you are left with choosing options between one company that doesn't care versus another company that doesn't care. Not great options! My experience with Around the Clock Movers was the exact opposite. They are very quick to respond. Even if they cannot take your call right away, they will call you back promptly by noticing a missed call. You can tell that every customer is important to them.

We had a small move from a self-storage unit to our new house. First, the scheduling with Philip was quick, efficient, and polite. There was a cancelation so I was able to schedule the move for the next day. Second, three movers showed up on time at our storage location and carefully loaded our boxes, furniture, and antique grandfather clock. They unloaded carefully (no nicks or scratches or drops) and cheerfully. They willingly moved boxes and furniture around our house from a previous move the week before.
