I relocated back to NC from FL in 2017 and I used this company when they were "Arpin Van Lines" and the outcome was less than acceptable. I dealt with a rep named "Ernie" who was only helpful during the selling/buying of the service. While I could live without the customer service, I felt bait and switched on the pricing (from the estimation to final fees", there were missing items (2), items broken (5), and at least 4 damaged items. There was a "damage report" filed, but ignored, as nothing was ever rectified.

Have lived in 10+ countries in the last 25 years... By far the worst customer service. Will definitely not use them and do not recommend them.

The Arpin International team delivered a fantastic job when they helped me to relocate twice in 2.5 years, once moving from UK to US, and then back again. The team was always on time, efficient, polite and helpful, no damage was done during the packing/ unpacking process. Thank you for your help, which made the whole process a lot easier for me. Everything went as we expected, and the delivery team brought our furniture into the apartment quickly and efficiently. From the items we have been able to inspect so far, everything appears to have arrived in very good condition. Many of our household belongings are still boxed, so we will continue to assess everything over time. Based on what we have seen so far, we are very pleased with the service. What truly stood out throughout this entire experience was the human aspect of the company.

Arpin moved me and my family from the UK and it could not have gone smoother, their agents were incredible and the crews were top notch and it took great care or our stuff. Our Move coordinator kept us updated throughout and helped guide us through the entire process and coordinate everything to arrive on time. They are truly experts in International relocation and will even help you through the documentation process and making everything is in under to not run into problems at customs I would highly recommend…
The best company I have ever moved with. The communication was excellent and they were flexible, polite and accommodating. All my questions and concerns got answered quickly. Nothing got damaged during the move which is almost a miracle considering the huge distance (I moved to Taiwan). I gave only 4 stars though because of slight delays on both moving days. Additionally, the company they contracted to pick up my things in Iowa seemed to be a bit confused (e.g., they thought I was moving to Paris).
