In their own words
Tony is awesome! He returned my request immediately when I inquired about tuning my piano.Tony was friendly, personable and professional. He had arrived on time and went straight to the 280 keys.) He explains any red flags that need attention . He was easy to understand and clearly explained and answered questions. Tony is coming back in July to fix a few keys that are needing some repair. Tony' knows his craft and and knows pianos and very passionate of his work and music.
I highly recommend this company. Tony was on time, responsive, and helped me fix a stuck key even though he didn’t have to. I lucked out because he’s a piano technician who not only moved the piano but also was able to get his tool kit out of the truck to fix a problem and give me expert advice, for which I deeply appreciate. I will be calling them to schedule a tuning as well.
Thank you for the kind words and congratulations on the piano!
I would highly recommend Tony at Loiselle Piano Services. Our piano hadn’t been tuned for 25+ years and within an hour Tony had it sounding beautifully. A quick tune-up a month later and the sound was magnificent. Thank you, Tony!
Highly recommended! Tony is a straight shooter and incredibly skilled. He gave me great advice on purchasing a piano, with exceptionally professional service and very flexible schedule. He helped me get set up with a great piano for my kids, and I’m so happy with it I’m learning to play myself. He helped me find the perfect instrument for my needs and budget, then came to tune and service it, taking exceptional care, going above and beyond in every way.
