Hi Carolyn, We had a team call you and left a message telling you we was 30mins away. We arrived at the location and we called you again with no pick up. We contacted you from 3 different numbers, and it was going straight to voice mail.
Very disappointed with the service. They were supposed to arrive between 7 and 9 AM. I started calling at 9am to see where they were which goes to call center. They couldn’t get a hold of the owner but finally the team coming to remove our stuff calls and leaves a voicemail saying they’re stuck in traffic and will be there in 45 minutes. Noting that they’re calling me at the end of my window not the beginning. So I wait another hour and 15 minutes at this point it’s 1015am.
PROPERTY DAMAGE. DO NOT USE. I recently used Junk King to remove some renovation materials I was storing in my garage. The employees broke one of the glass panels on my brand new garage door. I called, emailed and texted to report the property damage. It’s been over two weeks and nobody has followed up with me (see pictures).
Scheduled an appointment for 8-10am a couple weeks ahead of time. On the day of, they called at 8 and said they were running behind. I Didnt get an update after that. I had to call multiple times and never got a new eta. Finally at 2:45pm …
Unfortunately, my experience was lack luster. I initially scheduled an appointment for Thursday and had to reschedule due to the drivers being delayed. I was never updated about the delay until I called to inquire. I rescheduled my appointment for Friday. I had to continue to call to get an update. The driver did call twice to provide an update, however they were a no show. I waited at home all day and was unable to run my other errands as my appointment on Friday was from 10 am to 12 pm.

I contacted Junk King for a couch removal between 8 AM and 10 AM. By 130 and two phone calls.. no one from their team could understand why no one showed up. I understand things happen, but I was one of the first appointments of the day and the only phone call I was able to receive an update on is that they were going to be late…but I didn’t expect this late. Very unprofessional customer service as they did not offer any solution to a problem that seemed to be their fault

They came and charged me 80 to take away a twin mattress without having any minimum prices listed on the site or person to call and confirm. What a scam. Never using again. How about you make sure you don't waste your crews time or people's money by talking to people before an appointment.

The service was excellent! They were very fast, very professional, and the service was fantastic. My ONLY negative was that it was WAY more expensive than I was expecting. But if you have the money then I definitely recommend.
