We did a load for this company. Sent invoice on 2/23/25 we haven’t got pay yet. Broker kindly said we will get pay asap.accounting doesn’t answer. Be aware people you might have to wait long time time to get your money back if you do loads for ARS transport LLC. I will come back and post when I get pay or if invoices are sent to collections. Broker Keep saying they will pay. Till today 5/15/25 they have not paid my invoice.
We strongly advise exercising caution when working with this company. It has been over two months since my brother completed a load for them, and despite multiple follow-ups, he has yet to receive payment. This kind of delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and business practices. Please be careful and thoroughly vet this company before accepting any loads. Our experience suggests that they may not honor their payment obligations. Please stop wasting drivers’ time.

I like the people there they say they need trucks but you go and check in with them then they leave you to sitting. They don't bother to text or call you back to let's yea know even if they got a load or not.

Very professional and hard working company. I would recommend this business to anyone. Russ Call has excellent communication, an expert in his chosen field and always goes above and beyond for his clients.
Have been doing business with ARS for over 3 years now. Most dependable carrier I have done business with. Trucks are always on time to pick up and deliver product to our customers. Their customer service is outstanding and makes me feel like we have a partnership rather than just another business. Small enough to care but big enough to handle all our needs.
Hauled for them plenty of times either asked for quick pay or if not they’ve paid by the agreed date. Never had issues with loads let alone cancellations or communication, if you honor your word and turn in paperowork stuff gets processed sooner and everyone is on same page. Plus great place to park equipment safe and most people respect your spots there always that one bad in a bunch over great people to work with Tony , Janet, Russ and Aida.
