Hired this company company to move my belongings knowing of the 4 hour minimum and need to be flexible with the arrival time of the crew. On the day of the move the owner contacted me to advise of delays which was not an issue. However, when the crew did not arrive at the latest time the owner indicated and 3 calls to him over the next 30 minutes went unanswered-a decision was made to load the truck myself.
DO NOT RECOMMEND this company as they were scheduled through U-Haul Moving Help to assist with the unloading of a moving truck and they cancelled at the last minute leaving us with no help to unload the truck! The contact person was very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive of our dilemma.
Sir, you attempted to schedule a move on a third party sight. Not through us. I explained to you we were previously booked for the very next day you attempted to acquire our services. I empathize sir, but nothing we could do on our end. Previous customers were scheduled.
The guys scratched the front of our stainless steel fridge and didn’t even acknowledge it. They just kept on going like nothing happened. They didn’t even apologize. They carried our table and dropped it which dented the table. The owner …
I am sorry you feel you received less than a perfect move William. The men did not drop your table sir. It was old and rotted underneath and it fell apart. I still offered to compensate you. No other moving company would do that. Your moving team pointed out your scratch on your refrigerator.
We scheduled with At A Boy and paid the down payment he requested to Corey Taraski and he verified receiving it. Before sending, I told him that we may have to change the date because we were moving my mom to assisted living. He said no problem just let him know and we could reschedule. I tried calling, leaving messages, and sending texts to the number given, and no one ever returned my call or sent a text. I verified the number and got the automated response stating terms and pricing do I know it works.
I contracted with Corry at At-A-Boy for my upcoming move with the required $50 deposit. I was told I needed to make arrangements for a moving van. A few weeks later, I asked Corry, who would be picking up the truck, what size and who would be responsible for driving it. He said I would! I am I my 70's and single. I was not informed of this initially or I would not have agreed to the contract as I am not comfortable driving a 17 foot truck! So, I cancelled the move 4 weeks in advance.
Linda, I explained to you when we rebook your previously scheduled appointment with a new customer, your $50 deposit will be refunded. we did explain our process to you in two phone conversations and a text written message.

Fantastic experience! Corry was very responsive and pricing was great. The crew was polite and efficient! Will use them again if needed and highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend, and I will use these guys again in the future. The structure of how they figure out how many guys you will need for the amount you have to move was spot on. They were on time, professional, and all very likable gentlemen. Had the knowledge and right tools to do some very heavy lifting (1,000 lb) lifting and not a single scratch or dent or scrape on the tight doorways or hallways! The price was very reasonable for the work.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I have used Corry and his team 3 times in less than a month, and each time was incredibly impressed. They are a skilled group of movers, who were able to get some very large/heavy pieces up narrow stairs without anything even touching a wall. On top of that, all the young men were incredibly kind and professional. If you need a mover, this is the only one to call!
