My original review was mysteriously removed, so here’s another. Zero stars. Would not recommend at all. They were hired by a family member that knew the owner, who said he’d do us a favor and get us in. A favor lol. My significant other and I just purchased our first home together, so we’re already low on funds. We get our U-Haul, and a while later 4 men show up, including the owners son. The son was in charge, had a bad attitude from the start and only helped about half the time.
Talked to the owner and he doubted that I actually was able to pay for the service, was incredibly aggressive, and was very rude. Also once I mentioned I had a boyfriend his schedule became full suddenly. Would not trust these people touching my personal belongings to save my life.
When the mover moved my vanity they didn’t wrap it and a part was broken off. I asked the owner for a copy of their insurance and he never gave it to me. Wouldn’t even tell me who they are insured with. He is refusing to reimburse me for my broken vanity.

I explained to you that we were only loading! We did NOT drive your stuff to Florida or unload! You and your husband commented many times throughout the day on a great job we were doing! The trailer needed to be loaded flat at the end so the walls can go up.

I’m glad I never moved you! You changed your move date 4 times! One of them canceled dates was the day before! We lost money! Yes we explained to you a cancellation fee and you flipped out! I’m not surprised that you would leave a review. Looking deeper into it, you leave a lot of bad reviews!

You changed your date three times And you changed the amount of stuff you had. We try to accommodate everybody. You could have used another company that was going to charge you five times the amount.
If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are hoping to hire movers in advance that do not show up and do not give any notice, feel free to hire them! If not, plan on spending your money elsewhere.
What movers don't have moving truck? Showed up said where is truck? Never once did they say i needed truck. And when asked drivers for proof of insurance couldn't provide?

I had an excellent experience with Tri State moving company. The two young men who came to help with my move were on time, polite, professional, and extremely hardworking. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous and reassuring. They basically told us to relax and let them do their job. and they absolutely did. I watched how carefully they handled my belongings, and they treated everything with respect. They worked quickly and efficiently, without wasting time or standing around.
100 inch TV, a narrow staircase, 90 degree turn, I was told by the first movers that came that there was no chance. Of course not, they wouldn't take it out of the box for fear of liability. I was confident that out of the box it would make it up, called Tri State Moving Service and Carl agreed to have his guys give it a try. He said if they can't do it, then nobody can. They made it happen!
Hardworking crew. Polite and efficient. Reasonable pricing. Used them pre/post hardwood floor refinishing. They were kind enough to help me put floor protectors on all my items before placing them back where they belong.
I had an excellent experience with Tri-State Moving Service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. From the beginning, Carl was fantastic to work with. He returned my call quickly, was flexible with my schedule and moving goals, and provided a very transparent, competitive quote. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. On moving day, Joey, Nelson, Brian, and Kyle arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to work.
