I recently rented a unit from them for over a year. Went to retrieve my belongs to find mold covered all over my furniture and kids beds. I also paid a insurance fee every month. Upon this discovery I found the unit to be damage along the right side of the unit.. with that being said I done nothing wrong to that unit and was at a lost of all my kids beds furniture things had to be thrown away that belong to my deceased grandfather deceased niece.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WE RENTED A 12' X 50" SPOT FOR OUR 36' RV. ONE OF THE SPOTS WAS FLOODED AND THE OTHER WAS TIGHT CERTAINLY NOT 12' X 50' ...OUR RV WOULD HAVE STUCK OUT APPROX 12' INTO THE DRIVEWAY OF THE FACILITY. WE CONTACTED THEIR OFFICE WHO GAVE US A 10' X 35' COVERED SPOT FOR $65/MONTH. IT FIT WELL ALTHOUGH WE STUCK OUT 6 INCHES ON THE FRONT AND BACK BUT PLENTY OF ROOM IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. WE WERE HAPPY.

Since July 2024 they have not locked their gate so it is not a safe and secure parking. When i stated our concerns numerous times on the phone they indicated each time it wod be a week. They also do not remove snow so you can not access this durring the winter. They again indicated they can't find a snow removal co.pany, which is ridiculous. As a business owner I have no problem contracting snow removal for our parking lots, same as every other company in north western pa.

The service at the beginning was amazing but AFTER I moved my stuff out of my storage unit, they CONTINUED to charge me. I moved out 5 days before my first 30 days AND to this day, 5 months LATER their STILL sending me a bill. I even sent them a email letting them know I moved out! The shady part of all this is their continuing to charge me and the unit is empty with their lock on it.

May want to rethink storage at this facility if it is for a camper especially a fifth wheel. Spacing is extremely tight & there is no office staff on site to help people facilitate parking which obviously there needs to be. I will say the phone line customer service staff is pretty great though.

I have been renting from this company for over a year. All the sudden they raised rent 25.$ in oct. And now in December they r raising it again.
