Cheaper is not better and I learned that the hard way. This was for a one bedroom move from Orlando to Kissimmee. First signs of murphys law was when they arrived an hour late at 10am. Then the movers didn’t have their proper equipment just some dollies, blankets and clear tape. No bubble wrap, no plastic wrap. Lift on back of truck was no working and had a repair guy fix it. Movers smelled of weed and cigarettes. When standing up my dresser the removeable wooden corner broke.

I hired 24 hour movers who subcontracted this company (ATCR) to do the job early March of this year. The movers arrived 2 hours late with no explanation and no communication. Once they finally arrived, the mover, Jay - who come to find out IS THE OWNER, tried backing the truck into the driveway and damaged my landlord's fence. They told me to have my landlord call them to workout payment for the damage, but have been unresponsive (both 24 hour movers and ATCR).

This is the most unprofessional movers I have ever encountered they arrived late by 4 hours the movers were rude and customer service was rude and sexist. They took two hours to empty the storage on the ground floor for a 2 bed 2 bath …

We had a move scheduled for today 7/15/22 to our new home. We received a call on Wednesday asking if we could move our move in day and we said that we couldn't. We specifically asked the lady in the phone if there was an issue and if we needed to find an alternative. She reassured us that everything would resume as scheduled and they would be there 7/15 at 9am to move us. Fast forward to 7/25, 9am, we have our entire house packed up, two toddlers ready to go, and no movers.
I contracted ATCR based on the fact that they claim to use blankets and wraps to protect my furniture. Once they delivered the furniture they notified me of a damaged TV. I was asked to email photos of the damage and of the model number. Since then they do not answer my calls or emails. They also damaged walls at both locations the move out and move in.

Will not give a total price until you load your credit card info. Price continues to go up even when they break things. They broke a blade off our ceiling fan, put big, deep scratches in our furniture, broke a pull off our dresser and took no responsibility.

Fraudulent reviews are frowned on. ATCR MOVERS has NO records of Moving any customer by the Name of Sara Mavromatics. We have attached a photo to prove this. Our office staff and Movers work very hard for our reputation and to please even the toughest customers.

This is the second time I have used ATCR to move. They are very affordable and hard working professionals. I hired them to load a 26-ft U-Haul truck with my belongings from a 3/2 1100 sq ft home. I had packed most (95%) of the items, but they wrapped all furniture in moving blankets while loading the truck. Jay even helped me dismantle a bed frame. I was quoted 3 movers for 3 hours for $295. They finished the job with 3 minutes to spare!! Very impressed. I would recommend ATCR to anyone who asks.

We are very pleased with the level of professional efficient team work these 3 movers displayed. They were quick, especially since I had labeled all items so they knew exactly where everything was going. They had a pleasing cheerful outlook and exceptionally attentive. I rented a one-way truck in Orlando, called Atcr Movers and got a great deal for three really nice, hard-working guys to load the furniture from my upstairs, two bedroom apartment onto the truck. I was satisfied with the job that they did and was also able to save some money! They really did their job to help me get moved back home!!
