I chose to use Mindful Movers because they had great reviews and were a local small business. It turned out to be a NIGHTMARE move. I never leave reviews, but I feel like it is my duty to warn others since there is nothing but glistening reviews on Google. 1. The movers forgot their tools and asked to use our personal tools to take apart our furniture. Not a huge deal, but did not inspire confidence. 2. When they got to our destination house, they tore down a cable line that runs above our driveway.
We regret that one of our clients has been left with such a bad impression. We have attempted to reach out to see what we could do to make amends, but those contacts have gone unanswered. … More

These guys were awesome! They were on time, super careful with my things yet really fast loading the truck. Got to my destination with speed and accuracy. Unloaded just as quickly. Super nice too! Will book and recommend again 10/10!

I needed to have some heavy items moved to an upstairs bathroom and I looked for a local single item mover and with a 5 for reviews I said OK. Well let me tell you, I would have given them a 10 if I could. From calling and scheduling to them giving you a courtesy call upon arrival to actual work they were all rock stars! These guys took such good care of the items and the house and were just the nicest folks.

Movers were nice and courteous. Showed up on time. Never should have taken 4 hours to move 10 items. *Update* -Michael called to discuss the time and was in agreement that it should not have taken that much time. He did an excellent job in Service Recovery. Mindful Movers truly want their customers satisfied and it showed in our conversation. I would definitely use them again. Sometimes its how a company corrects an issue that is just as important. They do care!
