Too bad I HAD to give 1 star to leave a review.. it is very disappointing that Hurd did not hold up his end of the bargain and return my missing firearm from my home or pay me the value of what the firearm is now worth per our conversation following my move on December 13th, 2024. Not only did I pay him to come into my house to complete a job, but it seems I payed him double for now having a missing item and refusing to compensate or return my belonging.

Not a good experience with this company. I called multiple times the day before and a few days prior to the scheduled date to confirm that someone would arrive at the agreed time, and they kept confirming it. However, no one showed up — it was already past 10:30 a.m., and the homeowner was waiting. We tried calling several times but got no response. Around noon, they finally replied saying they couldn’t find anyone to help with packing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Communication is really bad.

Terrible experience. Julius rescheduled my appointment but was not up front about it. I wasted most of the day waiting around due to his lies and excuses. Do not recommend as long as Julius is there.
They gave me a price over the phone for 4 hours and they knew what I had they moved it in 2 so they charged me 525 I’ll never call them again and I’ll never recommend them that’s a rip off
