The rating breakdown
Google shows 7 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 4 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 2 | 28.6% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 14.3% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

A man named Bob Savage came to my home to give me an estimate. He was very unprofessional and went through my personal belongings in far more depth than what was appropriate for a moving estimate. He went through my nightstand and every other drawer he could find. He actually got on his hands and knees to dig through the back of my closet and kept asking what was in various boxes. It was an unacceptable invasion of privacy. I think he was trying to find what in my home would be worth stealing.

I ordered a truck and 3 men several weeks ago. I told them it was a one bedroom, not a lot of stuff and in Silver Lake. Tody, the movers showed up with the biggest truck Ive ever seen. They didn't try backing in to a lot, and suggested that we call back in and get a smaller truck. I reluctantly said ok..

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
