DO NOT trust Precise Moving Company with your moving needs. The only reason we’re giving 1 star is because the movers themselves were very helpful and quick with loading and unloading our stuff. Contrary to their "professional door to door service" on our contract, they in fact were not a "door to door service" as our things got loaded and unloaded multiple times. We moved across the United States and not only did our stuff not get there on time, but not everything arrived either.
Don’t believe the 5 star reviews, they most definitely bought them based on my HORRIBLE experience. I scheduled a weekend move between the hours of 8AM-9AM. Once 9AM rolled around, I called their office which no one answered. I kept calling a few times and still, no answer. They call me at 10AM and tell me that apparently their guys had went to the wrong job. (Doesn’t make sense AT ALL.
Stay away! They ruin things and try to hide it. Ding stuff up. Don’t handle pictures with care. I wouldn’t trust them for a move. If you do, make sure you get separate insurance!!! They don’t fix things they break (the broke an outdoor pipe for me) They cover Pennies on the dollar. So for example, a 200 pound bed frame gets you like 20 cents. Eek.
I just had the absolute worst experience with this company. For context I once hired a company who lost my entire dining room in a move and that company received higher ratings than Precise Movers. I used the Moving help app to find Precise. My mother in law is 75 and recently developed health issues after a massive heart attack. I hired Precise and told my mother in law that we would take care of everything.

They sent me 2 people, and they on purpose took hours to pack things for my 1b1b apartment of of 730 sqft. later on i found out they packed many cardboard boxes with just 1-2 plates in it with paper fillers occupying most of the space inside. they sucked at packing and charged me over a thousand dollars for this shit service

We had a couple of pieces of furniture moved from my house to a residence a few miles away. The workers assigned to this job - Denis Pena and Kevin Zavala - arrived on time, took special care to wrap the furniture and were very careful when carrying and loading. No bumping into the walls, no nicks, everything was great. They worked fast and were super nice. The also communicated everything as they went along. 5/5 - definitely recommend Precision, especially Denis and Kevin!

Francisco , Hugo , Juan and Cruz were absolutely phenomenal. Extremely hard working gentleman, very organized, courteous and professional. They helped us quite a bit with our move and they did a 10/10 job. 100 percent would go with this team again. If you have a large company to move, these are the right guys to hire.
Precision moving was the best choice I made during my move. Had some very large and heavy items and Marcos, Francisco, Hugo and Juan moved all of them no problem. On time, quick and very friendly. Will definitely use Precision moving and this team next time I have a move 👍
