Do NOT move with this company. We scheduled a move a MONTH ago, gave them a deposit, and were scheduled to move with them this Friday, 05/29. They called us TONIGHT, at 7:30pm, 05/25, and stated "we have to cancel the move, it is out of our service area." This should have been covered, confirmed, or denied, during our initial call, or even a week or two after by the live representative who took down our information and our deposit.

I would not trust this company for your move! I was moving from Los Angeles to the Bay. The actual cost was 40% more than what they quoted because they use a lot of tricks to charge you for square footage instead of the actual items. That was the first sign. The dispatchers were very unprofessional and lied multiple times to me regarding my pick up AND my drop off times. They would give me a specific time window and then not follow through and would not provide any tracking info for my furniture.
Jairo proceeded to have us scan this review form, give himself five stars, and submitted the 5 star review with his name before returning my phone. Disappointing and unprofessional. Jairo and his colleague left our couch, biggest item we wanted moved, outside our apartment and said it would not fit the door WITHOUT EVEN TRYING. Jairo suggested breaking the door frame or the couch to fit it through. We rent and the couch is one piece, so did not agree to either suggestions.
The movers worked very slowly, causing the move to take much longer than the estimated time. They also did not reconnect the appliances, even though they stated that service was included. They stopped working to demand payment and added unexpected “overtime” charges that were never discussed beforehand. There was no indication or pause when the scheduled amount of time was reached—they simply continued working and then charged extra.
Very unprofessional company. Worst company ever. Scheduled a move a week in advance. On the day of the move I kept calling, only for them to tell me it’s between 3-4pm . Who does that 😳 at 3.30pm, they called to reschedule it for 7.00pm then I declined. Don’t do business with them. Very unreliable …

We respectfully disagree with this review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred. The customer booked a last-minute move at approximately 8:00 PM. Our dispatch team followed up around 9:00 PM an hour later to review the details before confirming service.
DO NOT book your move with this company. I booked my move from LA County to OC with them a month and a half in advance. They were pushy about booking right away and paying the deposit, they also sent me emails confirming my move and the …
