Let me say I am completely furious. Yesterday I rented a unit from your facility based on all the positive reviews. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I rented the unit yesterday but despite excessive calls to the office on Macedo drive in Port St. Lucie there was no answer.( before the office was closed) The call center did call me back so I was able to get the code to get into the facility.

My recent experience with snap box was horrible and frankly I must say made me stop doing business with you all. I use to rent Penske trucks with you all frequently with my own auto insurance with no issues until it went under new management. Meydy the new manager stated I needed to have a COMMERCIAL INSURANCE policy in order to rent a truck so I took it upon myself to call Penske in office and they informed me I was allowed to use my personal insurance as coverage.

The new manager is very unprofessional I recently moved out of my storage unit because my husband and I were not satisfied with our service due to being double charged when my husband was on autopay, we just want to find corporates number because this situation has happened numerous times and want to talk to someone who can take this matter serious

Absolutely terrible experience. Front desk assistant manager name Seth was not knowledgeable of the information we needed to settle our situation of a payment that was misunderstood. After he took a payment from us, He later lied to the Head manager saying we thought he was stealing money instead of discussing it it in a professional manner knowing that wasn't the case.

Terrible customer service, under new management. Place is also ran down and old. Much better options out there after doing some research for less money. Highly encourage anyone thinking about utilizing this place reconsider.

It's pretty expensive The elevator is out of order frequently.. There are many other options I will be exploring next time I need storage unit I had Cube Smart in the past and had NO issues .

Jeff was incredibly helpful and took the time to show me the storage unit I needed. He was very kind, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. The price is great compared to the competitors, and the facility is clean, safe, and climate-controlled. This place is definitely a hidden gem! Since Avid has taken over the property and Jeff the property manager it has been a pleasure to do business with. The property is clean, minor repairs have been taken care of quickly, the gate works great now. Excellent place to do business with. I'd highly recommend this place for all of your storage needs.
