Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I had a very poor experience with Jensen Moving from PSP to Orlando. The final cost ended up being 50% higher than the original estimate, which was a huge and unexpected increase! I understand that some variation is possible, but this level of discrepancy felt excessive and unjustified.
Quote was nowhere near accurate, off by six hours. Doorways had gouges in them from trying to force sofa through. Employees were down right rude n took what they wanted and told me the wouldn't be able to take the harder stuff. Very lazy and took cigarette breaks ever ten min.

1. Box Numbering: The customer did not request box numbering as an additional service, and as such, we did not estimate or provide this service. 2. Completeness of Delivery: Despite the apartment being under renovation, the entire order was delivered in full (table base a few days later).
I made an appointment for Jensen Moving to come to my house to give me an estimate on moving and storing of our furniture. They never showed up and did not call or text with an explanation. I would not reccomend this company.

I used this company because of their 5 star rating and was hugely disappointed! They were late, tried to overcharge me, one of the three movers complained the entire time and did next to nothing, they scratched my tv and refused to fix it …

The worst experience ever! I used this company before, but they have gone beyond downhill. Supposedly professional movers, they couldn't even load up 12 pieces in an hour and a half. Not to mention a broken Samsung TV and vanity mirror …
Based on your information (identical inventory from the last move) and my experience from the last move, I estimated 3.5 hours with two people. In fact, the move took 8.5 hours, and about ten people were involved. Just to clarify what we're talking about here.
Moved my 86 year old grandparents. After storing their furniture for a month and delivering to a new home two big ticket items are gone. Now they aren’t returning calls.

Jensen Movers did an outstanding job moving two homes for my family on back-to-back days. The crews were professional, courteous, hardworking, and extremely careful with our belongings. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Their attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. Highly Recommend – Professional, Affordable, and Extremely Careful! We recently used Jensen Moving & Storage for a long-distance move from New York to Florida, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, Peter (the owner) was honest, responsive, and made us feel completely at ease about such a big move. Justin and Wesley, who handled the move, were fantastic—professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of our belongings.
I recently used Jensen Moving & Storage to move my 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Peter and his team were absolutely outstanding. They carefully wrapped and protected every item, including valuables and expensive furniture, and not a single thing was scratched, banged up, or missing. I was impressed watching how much care and attention they gave to each piece—they truly treated my belongings as if they were their own.
I would like to thank staff and crew for a smooth move back home to Ohio. The moving crew was efficient and courteous and they were here when they said they would be and set everything up.
