The rating breakdown
3 of the 43 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for B & B Moving & Storage LLC are one or two star.
Worked out from 43 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Our move on June 27 was a big undertaking, and this team did an excellent job helping us through it. They were responsive from the start, professional throughout the process, and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns we had. What stood out most was their commitment to customer service. Whenever an issue came up, they responded quickly and worked with us to make things right. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and respectful of our belongings and home.
So nice of you. Your review will help us keep doing the great moving process for future customers .
Fantastic movers!!! They packed us and drove 1 hour and unpacked us! They were so careful with all of our belongings and helped us put our beautiful Persian rugs down that are over 100 years old. They moved and placed our furniture around the way that we wanted it. They even helped me take the trash out to the road which they didn't have to at all. These guys worked so incredibly hard and we are so thankful 🙏 🙌 ❤️ 💗 💕 💖 🙏 for them!!! They are more reasonable than others! Thanks guys!
Thank you very much for your kind review. We have been serving Connecticut & Whole East Coast for over 30 years.
They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Super attentive, on time, great pricing, and communication was amazing throughout the whole process. They handled my move with so much care and attention, and everything arrived perfectly. You can really tell they care about their clients and their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience. So happy I chose them! Thank you all from B&B Moving - Clarissa and family
Thank you very much much for your kind review.
When the other company I had contracted cancelled 3 hours before they were due to arrive, I panicked. I didn’t think I could find a last minute replacement on a Saturday in summer. There was B&B in a clinch, who made it very easy. Arranged the whole thing with a simple phone call and a few texts. Ali, Danny, and Brandon were there a little over an hour later. They were friendly, quick, and capable. Asked for 1/2 fee as a deposit via Zelle, rest on delivery. Giant truck with plastic wrap and bungee cords.
Thank you very much. We send 3 men crew instead of agreed 2 men crew but didn’t charge you extra for the 3rd man. We thank you for this great review.
