The guy that answered the business phone was rude and started yelling at me because he wanted me to list every single item in the home that needed to be moved as I told him it will be a 2 bedroom apartment. I think that should enough common sense to figure out what all need to be moved but not with him. He was so rude that I didn't even ask his name. Will never call them for services ever again

Awful! If I could give them negative reviews I would. They disappeared during my move and asked for a tip about 10 times in 4 hours.
Our move with Noah's Ark's moving "services" was beyond frustrating. -We regularly had to wait 5 days or more to hear back from our sales contact, whose default was to make excuses, tell me to do things that better client support would have been all over (e.g. “please call my dispatch at xxx-xxx-xxxx to learn more about shipping issues because that is what I would have to do anyways”…apparently the 20 K in moving charges did not include a point of contact that covered anything above and beyond anything you could…
Very rude crew blocked my driveway while working next door. I called the office to complain with no result. I called the police, they came and told the driver to move. The driver stayed sitting in front of the driveway for an extra half hour after the police leave.
Paid for a move from Stamford Ct to NYC. The company did a full pack and disassembled/reassembled all of my furniture. I packed most all of my valuables and took them with me personally in a car to the new apartment. The only two items of …
Worst ser ices possible broken dresser, scratches all almost every corner, scuffed paint on wall made worat by mover "rubbing it out". They than force you to pay them tip. Stay away.......buyers beware.

I've moved many times, from across town to across the continent, so I've had many experiences with movers. I used Noah's Ark for a local move of only heavier, bulkier items I didn't want to deal with myself, and was satisfied. The crew showed up on time (a little early, actually), was quick, friendly, and careful (although I didn't have them move much that was fragile). In setting up the appointment, I dealt with Gavin, who was professional and competent, and knows how to interact with customers.

The entire moving process was excellent. Noah’s Ark Moving pays attention to detail and coordinated the move every step of the way. My move was two part from NY to FL to storage and three months later from storage to our townhome. June was excellent and very responsive.

Highly recommend this company! This is our second time moving and using their services. They came earlier than expected and ready to go. The movers were so nice and really took the anxiety of moving off our shoulders. We accidentally packed our tools away and they helped take apart and build our bed frame and kitchen table for us.
