In their own words
Our move has been less than satisfactory. We ended up paying several thousand dollars extra, because our delivery date was in "peak" pricing dates. We had our belongings in storage with Bailey's, waiting for our new home to be ready. The day we notified them that we were ready was coincidentally two days beyond the cut off to avoid these extra charges. The salesman rarely used email or other method of communication that would leave a paper trail.
Overall this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We knew the risk of moving across the country, and expected some small damages, but this is completely unacceptable. I will never use Allied ever again and will proactively caution other prospective customers against their services. I'm really confused how our $9k moving fee was spent... 1. we asked for May 1 move in date, what we needed to do to make that happen, Allied told us they had to come pick up on April 27th.
This moving company is not the way to go. We were told everything was gonna be packed by room which made it nice cause my stuff was separate from my parents. Unfortunately they decided to mix my stuff in with all my parents things, the packing was just terrible. Bathroom stuff was in the box with living room stuff, etc. You would think it would be common sense to keep bathroom stuff with bathroom stuff… You could tell they just rushed everything without even thinking.
Really bad at loading into a storage unit. As you can see in the photos there is a TV on its side wedged in between stuff. Fan is in 1 million pieces. Tables are on their side. Tables are stacked on top of boxes big gap in the way back. They did a horrible job now I have to redo it after I paid a bunch of money to them and hope I don’t have stuff broken.

Definitely recommend. Jamie worked with us and made an absolutely last second move happen, despite all our order changes. Dakota, Josh, and Josiah were unbelievably helpful when moving day came. Our items were safely in our new home, it could not have been easier. They were professional, helpful and I was honestly astonished how fast they got the job done.
