No response from local office. Unexpectedly closed with no apparent reason. Unable to gain access to facility when needed.
This place is a joke! To start off, we rented a large storage shed over the phone. When we got to the facility we found that the wood floor was collapsing. The lady at the facility was new and embarrassed. She took us to 2 different sheds that had the same issue. She finally found one that had a cement floor so we took it. Second, we were having a garage sale to get rid of a lot of the stuff in the shed and had advertised and planned it all out. I get to the shed and am locked out because of no payment.
Hi, Jeff. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. We take your concerns seriously and want to address the issues with your account and access as … More
It has been a very shitty experience with this company. The staff are friendly and seem to want to be helpful but claim they can't. They rented me a 15x10 unit, but it was already rented out, so they switched me to a 10x10 and have decided to continue to bill for the larger unit. When brought to their attention, I was told it would be corrected but it was not! When brought up again they told me they have increased their rates but I was still being overbilled and they would adjust it. Again they did not!
The company might remove!!!!!! But I’ll keep posting Worst company in mesa county. They told me that I could get caught up in less than a month and that everything would be fine. I called them less than 2 weeks later to get the amount to pay them and they tell me that my unit was sold and cleaned out already. I’d advise EVERYONE on this planet to go somewhere else besides this place. Their stupid policies are trash and unfair. People SHOULD be able to make payments every place I know excepts payments.
Josh, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All notices regarding delinquent payments, units being put up for auction, opportunities to settle and vacate, etc. are fully automated and designed to give customers adequate notice … More
I rented a 5x10 on March 4th they said I had to have insurance but they said I could have insurance through my insurance company which I did that very day they communicated she sent them the email that I was covered but they continued to charge me $15 a month for insurance. I finally figured it out four months later and now the only one to give me one month back.
I have been with them off and on for 10 years. The new owners have messed up everything. I’m trying to move. I work all day, take a load at 6:59, and realize I no longer have 24 hour access to my unit. So I pay $150 a month, on time, to be treated like this? I’m moving my unit in a couple months to a place where I have 24 hour access again.
The price may seem good but don't be fooled. Read the lease before you sign. There is no prorating. You must be completely out of your unit by the 30 the of the month. If for any reason you are not, one must pay for the next month. There are other storage places that won't rip you off
Its not even close to secure, there are no cameras, the gates are open to a highway (literally) from 6am to dark. The units are sheet metal and 10mm screws, could be popped off between units in seconds. We closed our unit mid-month, they …

I booked a locker online through a third party for May 9th . The interface between the 3rd party and Diamond Storage was glitching. We were booked by the 3rd party into a locker that didn’t exist and at a price “that didn’t exist” The delightful, friendly and helpful lady (I wish I could remember your name), went above and beyond by reaching out to her manager and sharing our story. In the end we were set up in their last available storage locker.
Thank you, Leigh-Ann! What a stressful situation that could have been, and we're so glad our team was able to turn it around for you. Going above and beyond to find a solution on the spot is exactly what we strive for, and it sounds like … More
