The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 100% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
My experience with Cindy at the office was outstanding. Followed up with phone calls and emails. Checked in with me several times to make sure things were going well. The guys unloading the truck were friendly, hard working, and had a great sense of humor. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was in the exact place. Great Crew!!
Our move from Salt Lake City to Austin was so easy because of Rachael and her crew! It was awesome how she kept us in the loop all the way, and even arranged for our delivery earlier than scheduled. Would definitely use Bailey's again.
Our experience was first class from the beginning of the sales cycle with Chris Schuh to the end when Brock Jones pulled his truck away after unloading our new home. Chris's weight and box estimate was spot on. Based on his advice, we were able to pack most of our unbreakable items and allowed Bailey's packers to handle all fragile items. The packers work was efficient and well organized. As we have unpacked, all items were intact (except for a lamp).
Beau, Eric and Julia delivered a flawless experience for us on our move back to Australia. Kind, thoughtful nothing was a problem for the team as we worked our way through the move. Exceptional service and after 30 years of constantly moving I can safely say these guys are the best - globally
