In their own words
We had some damages and I called to see about getting some of the cost refunded to make up for the damages. They agreed on $125 and now refuse to refund the money. They have been coming up with excuses for why it hasn’t been done yet and now when I call they ignore the calls. I called administration and someone answered but then immediately hung up after knowing who I was.
I called a scheduled my move a week in advance for Saturday at 3pm. They told me they would call again Friday and confirm but never did. Saturday rolls around and I called them to make sure they were still coming at 3. The guy was like “yes ma’am, I’m gonna make sure the guys are on the way now.” I waited until 4 before I called back, I was told it would be 20-30 minutes but they were on the way. I called back at 4:37 and no answer!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. Kept telling us they were on their way, and never showed. Never contacted us or anything. VERY unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

The movers were asking to keep things within 5min if being in my house, claiming “finders keepers” if they moved something that had something underneath of it 🤦🏻♂️. I didn’t get my screwdriver back that they used. They broke my 60” flatscreen tv, and could only fit in 2/3 what the previous movers did when I originally moved to town. With all of that said, this is a horrible value when you add that all up. The company offered nothing to help with all the damages and misbehaving of its movers.
I had an appointment at a certain hour and they came two hours earlier and it costed me almost two hundred more dollars then what i was quoted, because the other people that was coming to help me wasn't there yet and it took them almost 4 hours. If they had of came when they would of supposed to come I would of had people there to help and the extra money would of been tips for there workers
Took a total of 1 for them to get ready to load and unload. Ridiculous. They also didn't wrap any of my belongings as they stated they would do. It cost me over $510 to move. I was expecting a lot less considering the quote was for $219. Don't use!

I called a few moving companies here in Tulsa this morning when the movers we’d booked through Uhaul didn’t answer or show up, and was able to in touch with Bargain Moving Company. Without hesitation, they told me they could have two guys to me within the hour. Brian and Marquis showed up and I cannot say enough about how amazing these two guys were. They were incredibly professional, kind, careful, and quick!

I had to re schedule twice due to our house not being ready and they were very accommodating about it. They showed up right on time on Christmas eve and both guys hustled fast. They worked very hard and did an amazing job. Not a single piece of furniture was scratched and they wrapped all the important stuff in moving blankets. They had an extremely professional attitude and I recommend them highly to anyone needing good movers.

I needed an emergency same day move after some flooding occurred at my apartment. Brian was very responsive when I called. This was also after a snowstorm when many businesses were running on limited hours. Rory and Jose did a great job moving my heavy recliner sofa from 3rd floor apt to my storage unit as well as most of my other furniture. They worked efficiently and move took close to 2 hours.
