I will start off by saying I know you have to run a business, but when you have customers that need help. To me those customers come first. You do not come out yelling at your employees for helping a customer fix a product that they had purchased from your establishment. You do not use profanity in front of your customers and say that there are other customers waiting on things. You do not make comments about how the product when your customer believes there is.
I enjoy spending my money with Mom and Pops Shops, I have purchased one other time here and what makes me dislike and give a 1 star is the customer service (family/friends workers) they have a different approach and energy to customers and I’ll tell you I was given the same approach as I did this time around, the warehouse guy Sergio was the most friendly and concerned employee along with his attitude, approach and concern, to my needs as customer, where I feel that customers service should of made a full circle…
Most annoy group of staff I have ever met! When some tells a person we are look at styles trying to get an idea of what type of items we want in our home. Dont go talking sh*t behind the counter other employees extremely unprofessional!! Loved some of the items in the store reasonable pricing not everyone wants to finance do push away the people that will pay cin full cash's taking business elsewhere where
