I ordered online a 3 piece living room suit. My confirmation said 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. I called on the 3rd to check status & was told June 8th. I reached out to Naz Mollai, head manager of all stores, When I showed him my text confirmation & delivery estimate...he just said "It will arrive mid June. Would you like a refund?" That was it! His rudeness forced me to take my business elsewhere. I rather give my money to someone who appreciates it.

Purchased a couch and bought the service plan that covers damage to your furniture for several years, sounds great!! Except the service plan is garbage, less than a year after purchasing the couch there was a massive tear between the top …

If i could put no stars I would! This furniture is absolutely garbage! And do not bother with buying their wonderful insurance! I had to fight with the store and the insurance to try to get rid of the first set for 3 months. Then spent extra money to what you would think is buying a better set and it is already coming apart after 3 months. Now they want to pick it up and fix it but they expect us to sit on the floor till they make the repairs and bring it back. Could take a few weeks!
Mostly, everything is displayed only. All purchases are several weeks before they can be picked up. The worst part is they told me it was free delivery. When I arrived in person, they failed to mention that my purchase had to be over $3,000. So I took my $2,999 to a different furniture store that was more honest. I'm sure a manager will try and rebuttal with some comments. But this was my personal experience, and as you can see, the photo I have attached, it clearly makes it appear it's FREE DELIVERY!
My purchase experience was wonderful. The disappointing part is the delivery. I was given a delivery time and it was not met. I contacted the store four different times and someone gave the delivery people the wrong address. I waited six hours and wasted an entire day!!!!! I’m still waiting for my furniture to be delivered. Received a phone call this morning saying that I would be the last delivery. You would think I would be the first since they messed up the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guardian insurance is not worth it and the furniture doesn’t last long it’s low quality places like Ashely’s might cost more but are better quality I would definitely go to the better business bureau and read their reviews about this company they are more honest
Place says free delivery and setup but they basically want you to apply for financial help so you get free, try shipping directly yo home and bam like brick we charge 90 bucks,be sure have cops during delivery, cause may feel threatened …

I honestly would not go anywhere else. They have a huge selection at very affordable prices. We worked with Kevin on getting some furniture replace due to pet damage. He made the process very smooth and easy. Kevin is our go to person when we shop there.
