In their own words
We had a great experience with Bert Hill. Excellent communication with management and knowledgeable moving staff. They were courteous, careful and efficient. Highly recommend!
Thank you Deb, it was a pleasure serving you and wishing you both well in your future endeavors. We greatly appreciate you sharing your experience with us, and others who are looking for "excellent communication" and a "knowledgeable moving staff".
We were very happy with the service we received from Bert Hill Movers. First, Jon did a great job of scheduling and working out all the details including a fair price. Wayne, Jake, and Shawn did a great job moving our heavy furniture upstairs. They were very kind and helpful and knew what they were doing.
Thanks so much for the kind words, we're glad to have delivered you the experience you deserve. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and for you taking time to leave this review.
Bert Hill Moving went the extra mile to help me coordinate an extremely stress-filled move for my 90-year old mom. They were so courteous, compassionate and professional - especially since I was dealing with an emotional downsizing situation (60+ years in the same home) from 3,000 miles away. My interactions with Jon and Judy made coordination (from the estimate to the actual move) streamlined and friction-free. Plus, they offered a range of help, that could be tailored to my mom's specific needs.
Lisa, we are thrilled to receive this review from you. We enjoyed helping your mom and family acclimate and move into their new home. Thank you for coordinating this from afar and for all the support you gave us. We appreciate the opportunity to assist.
We had an outstanding experience with Bert Hill and would highly recommend them! It’s not every day you get the Manager of Operations, Jon, to personally come along on a move and introduce himself, but I’m glad he did. His team—Andrew, Shawn, and Kasheef—were incredibly professional and efficient, making quick work of moving my heavy laser tattoo removal machines and large couches down two flights of stairs.
Thank you for the kind words, Joshua. We too enjoyed your move and meeting you. Thanks for the opportunity to assist; we're glad you had the type of experience we strive for and that I'm sure you were hoping you'd have.
