I share this review under threat of law suit but decided this needed to be done. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did. Biggest issue I cared about was the damage they did to my house that I was trying to sell. I now have to credit the new buyers money to have this replaced. Tried to talk to John about settling this stuff outside of court but Justin was not interested in hearing me out. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and arrogant while trying to come to an agreement with him.

I can't recommend Best Friends Moving Company enough! The crew was absolutely fantastic — friendly, polite, professional, and hardworking from start to finish. They treated all of my belongings with great care and followed every instruction perfectly, helping to make the entire moving process as stress-free as possible. What impressed me the most was how they went above and beyond to help.
Best decision we made was choosing Best Friends moving. The rates were so fair and no hidden costs whatsoever that you get with other companies. They worked in one of the most humid days of the summer and did not complain and just kept going. They were mindful of what rooms our boxes went to as well as handled it all with care. I highly recommend these guys. So polite and easy going... what a pleasure!
I highly recommend Best Friends Moving. They moved our furniture from Coram to Selden and Rocky Point with stops at storage facilities.The 3 man crew arrived on time and were fast and efficient. They were cheerful throughout the day and were careful with our furniture. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
This is the second time we've used Friends Moving, and once again they exceeded our expectations! A special thank you to John, Justin, and Ira for doing such an outstanding job. They were friendly, professional, incredibly efficient, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free.
