The two movers they sent clearly had issues upon introduction. Within the first minute they complained about this very small job of moving my bedroom furniture (column-style canopy queen size bed, dresser, chest of drawers, night stand, entertainment center, and room mirror). I am accustom to professional moving companies that have moved my entire house; however, this was to be a smaller scale job. The two complained, complained and complained. They acted as if they never moved before.
If I could give zero stars I would. We decided to go with Best Move because we wanted to support a local company. Big mistake. We sold our house very quickly and were moving into an apartment temporarily with only a few things while …

I highly recommend Best Move in Newbury Park. I’ve used them twice now, once recently and once a few years ago, and both experiences were excellent. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and the entire team is friendly, professional, and very careful with everything they move. They made the moving process feel much easier and less stressful, which is exactly what you hope for when hiring movers. They showed up prepared, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently from start to finish.

Best Move really was--I've moved a lot and these guys really were the best. They showed up on time to the exact minute, were fast but careful with loading, and didn't complain about having stairs on both ends of the trip. They asked questions and listened about stuff was supposed to go, and didn't break or lose anything. Sheldon, the foreman of the 3-man team, was smart and patient about solving the problem of a bed frame that wouldn't fit through a too-narrow hallway.

I’ve had the pleasure of using this company twice now, and they’ve consistently impressed me with their exceptional service. Great overall experience these guys were totally professional, listened to our needs and executed flawlessly! I hate moving but wish I could again just so I could work with these guys. Awesome attitudes, showed up on time, put extra work in, were courteous and all my stuff was really well taken care of from start to finish. With the stress of moving it was really nice to know these guys had it handled and I could just focus on what I needed to that day.
