They called only ONE HOUR before our scheduled move to inform us that their morning move was running much longer than they had envisaged, and could we move tomorrow instead!? The move date was booked over six weeks in advance. We explained that it was our closing date and it was crucial the move happen that day. Astoundingly, the caller never even offered an apology but offered to call around to see if he could find someone else to move us.

Only moved 3/4s of our stuff because their truck was too small, and even still they went over the time for the flat fee so they charged us extra. The movers were polite and didn’t damage anything but moved slowly. Also they pressured us to leave a review with them watching, which might explain the large number of 5 star reviews.

Don't bother calling this company! The initial person on the phone was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Did not seem interested in taking a job on. Inquired as to what about the weather as if I can predict that. Don't need rudeness when there a ton of moving companies that want to work. Thanks for nothing.

Dear Candles Britto, the telephone conversation is a two-way communication and if a calling party placing the call from low reception area this is greatly affecting quality and duration of this transmission.

I was very satisfied with the 2 guys from Best Way To Move. They arrived earlier than scheduled, and they were very polite. They packed their truck with my belongings in a professional and careful manner, and packed my storage locker in an organized way. My only comment was that they had asked me if I had a particular tool they could borrow when breaking down my bed, which I thought they ought to have had that tool already. They also didn’t have power tools (just regular manual).

I’m editing the post about my not the best experience when we had to move an electric range from one house to another. Accidentally pulling the range from basement upstairs workers broke stove burner switch. I realized the severity of the problem after they did their job and left. I posted a very negative review about it. However, Sergei did not leave the situation unresolved. They really compensated the price of a new switch burner for me. So I’m leaving 4 stars for the turn around.

Simply one of the best movers I have worked with! They have helped me with 2 of my moves so far. All of my quote and logistic correspondence were handled by Sergei who has been extremely transparent, professional and accomodating. The actual move was executed by Mike and Andrew who were absolutely amazing throughout! They were punctual, packed everything carefully and moved without damaging anything. They finished both of my moves in the promised time and my experiences couldn't have been any smoother!
