Terrible client service. I've been a client for almost 4 years, and reduced from 3 storage units to 2 storage units..and then found out via my bill that my monthly price INCREASED. I've always paid my unit on time (via pre-auth credit card), and never given them any problems...they have my cell phone number and my address...they claim they sent a notice of price change in the mail- nothing ever received. This is not the way to treat your valued clients!
Very DISHONEST People, Had my car in their storage when I took it back the door lock was broken , the rear bolt on the suspension was removed I don;t know why, I called them \ emailed them about the damages they never returned back ..... You have a BIG BUSINESS but very small hearts
Hello Kash. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your experience storing your car. Please be 100% assured that we would never remove anything from anyone's property and would definitely not remove a bolt from the suspension on a car stored at our facility.

My friend and I embarrassingly ended up in a ditch very recently. We had a few people who stopped and asked us if we were ok. Two young men with a tow truck came by and helped us out of the ditch. These young men were from James Snow Self Storage. They did not want any money for their time or trouble and were genuinely happy to help us out. It's rare when a person runs into one Samaritan never mind two. Thank you guys. We highly recommend them for their storage and If we need storage, we know where to go!!
