In their own words
Do not use this company. They advertise themselves as Muskoka Movers however they are actually out of Toronto. They were supposed to arrive at 11 am. Two movers arrived at 11:45 with no truck and said the truck was stuck in traffic coming from Mississauga and had to pick up some of the other movers. The truck finally arrived 2 hours late. The truck was not big enough, despite us sending Gabriel photos and a detailed email of the contents needing to be moved.
I almost never post reviews but these guys were so terrible. Not only were they bad at their job they threatened me twice. Stay away! Especially if you’re a lady and don’t want to feel as unsafe as I did. They were suppose to pick up an ubox from uhaul and drop it off at my storage locker at 9am. They didn’t show and ignored my phone calls and texts. After waiting for 2 hours, I thought they weren’t coming and wrote a bad review. Then Gabriel immediately called me and said they have my ubox.

Well I'm going to be Very Honest with you. I'm so disappointed with you and your company. Why 1 you never showed up to see what was going on and demanded payment before they finished. 2 your crew doesn't understand English or read it. On loading truck. I tried to explain that certain things should be left for the back of truck due to our small condo and how we'd direct them in bringing stuff into condo. Brenda Tried to help them but THEY KUST DIDN'T LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND. Which made my wife's job So Much Harder.
Don't even think of hiring this company. We had three moving men, one sixty, the other two middle aged. The sixty year old said he couldn't manage any actual carrying. They sent video to Gabriel, the manager, about the stairs, the distance to the truck (right outside the building), and complained about the weight of a solid wood table and the tupperware boxes. These are movers, they should be fit, and we felt sorry for them because they clearly weren't.
Used this company for one move, and the communication was flawed from the start. Since Gabriel had taken our deposit we were committed to sticking with them. They showed up quite late to pick up the items, and seemed quite confused on how to protect the items from being damaged while they moved it. We had to babysit them while they loaded the truck to make sure that they strapped and padded things correctly. The delivery went alright, but leading up to it was nothing short of frustrating.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The movers are alright, but the owner, Gabriel Rey is a total con artist. This is the type of company that marketplace does hidden camera shows about. Use them at your own peril but be forewarned.

I had an amazing experience with this moving company packing my POD containers in Toronto. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They showed up on time, came fully prepared, and worked hard the entire time without cutting corners. What really stood out was how organized they were when loading the PODs — they maximized the space perfectly and made sure everything was secured properly for transport. Not a single item was damaged.
Great service and the move was done quickly and with care. The movers were great guys both professional and hardworking. Gabriel was helpful and informative. He stayed in communication with us throughout the day. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
These guys are the toughest movers I’ve ever seen. Showed up on time while it was -19 outside and got the job done in a professional, timely manner. Highly recommended if you’re looking for experience movers. I had a 750 pound safe in my bedroom and they managed to bring it down a swirling stairwell. Very impressed!
