My family’s experience with this company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. It’s now been over five days since our belongings were picked up, and we still have not received them in our new apartment. The long delay has made our move incredibly frustrating and significantly more expensive. To make matters worse, the movers damaged parts of our home during the pickup. They scratched several areas of our walls and broke the blinds on the door leading to our backyard.
Some of the worst customer service that I’ve had to experience. I am never one to leave review. But they were incredibly hard to get in contact with, after eventually getting a text from this company, confirming a phone call to discuss the …
Hi Angel, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, after carefully reviewing our records, we couldn’t find any text messages, emails, phone calls, or completed moves under your name. This makes us believe your review may have been intended for a different moving company.
They are crooks. They will get all of your stuff in the truck AND THEN force you to sign their contract and then use it against you later. Pay more for a professional moving company. Skip these guys. …

I couldn't say enough about Bestmovers LLC the professionalism, timeliness, & overall work ethic of this company. They helped relieve a lot of stress during a very stressful time ! On top of that, I was able to make arrangements for them to move furniture & boxes from 1 home to 3 different locations, since my mom's furniture & belongings were being split between 3 homes, as she transitioned to moving in with me! Everything went smoothly & was done within 5 hours & didn't cost me an arm and a leg!

Nick and his team were great! Very professional and friendly, they didn't diddle daddle and got the job done. Price was a bit high but still worth it, definitely felt like they cared about each individual item they were moving. Also it had just snowed the previous week and they still came through. Would definitely recommend for a local move such as mine!
