On June 25, 2026, I had a horrible experience with this moving company that caused me significant stress. I am sharing my experience to make other customers aware of what happened and to help ensure no one else goes through this. If you are moving valuable items, I hope this review helps you make an informed decision before trusting this company. During my move, my 70-inch Samsung TV was damaged. It was working perfectly the same day before the movers arrived, and I never attempted to move or handle it myself.
NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. The movers were very aggressive and rude, and ended up only moving half of my belongings. When I called the manager Cesar, he told me they would drop my belongings on the road and hung up the phone on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This moving company was by far the most affordable option I found. If you have flexibility with the timing of your move, they’re a reasonable choice. However, if you’re moving into an apartment with a loading dock or a limited move-in window, I would not recommend them. They arrived more than two hours late for my move, and they were also 45 minutes late for a coworker who had used them previously.
Overall, the movers themselves were very polite and efficient in moving things as quickly as they could and made sure they put things where we wanted but management was very uncooperative. We booked with them the day before the move and the …

Miss Alexis Brantley we already refunded you for the TV stand that was damaged on your move. It was a honest accident. I did inform you that my insurance was handling the matter. It takes time especially when you don't have a receipt or any proof of what make and model of your TV stand.

Happy to keep the 5 star streak going, these guys were immaculate! They politely asked if they could come early to pick up and early to drop off, and unloaded our whole two bedroom within an hour. These guys are worth more than they charge! I just went to rate K&C for their great service only to find I had already done it in the past! They exceeded expectations once again, thanks Cesar!
