The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I have used Zip movers a few times and every time the customer service is excellent. The staff and crew are professional, friendly, prompt, careful with your items, and communicate updates constantly. Great moving service with reasonable rates.
Thanks for the positive review, Teresa! We're glad we could make your move stress-free.
Edvin and his team was very professional and efficient. Ou move has been very stressful, especially the mover we booked canceled on us due to emergency 3 days before the move. Zip moving was able to squeeze a last minute move for us and finished the work in less than 4 hrs! Absolutely incredible!
Thank you for trusting us with your move, Michael! We're glad everything went smoothly.
Had a good experience with Zip movers and Edvin Lopez and his partner. They were both very good workers and pleasant to be around. They seemed very efficient and got everything done in a timely manner. Very polite and friendly, answered any questions I had.
We’re so pleased to hear you had a positive moving experience. Thank you, Susan!
Excellent experience with the team at Zip’s moving. My first point of contact with was with Jacob Bochner, and I knew right away I was in good hands. It continued to be smooth sailing the entire move. Highly recommend.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Thanks for choosing us for your move, Margie!
