Do not hire these movers. if you do, be very careful. the post below is long and detailed. i hope it helps others avoid being in my situation. I booked a move of some antique furniture from a storage unit to my home. I described the items, informed them I had seen them in person and taken photos of their condition, and notified them there was a staircase involved. I was specific these items were old, delicate, and impossible to replace.
