US relocation ensured that this was the best moving company known in the city and it is very unfortunate that these movers nor did the manager live up to that expectation. This morning the movers had called me about payment and I informed them about me paying in the afternoon and that I had already paid half on Friday to which was informed to US relocation.
We do NOT use US Relocation. You have the wrong company. Please remove this review from us. We are Precision Moving Company independently owned from Somerville, Massachusetts.
Very disappointing experience. We were told we would be the first stop of the day. At noon, no one had shown up. We had to go with another company. Then their cleaners showed up at almost 9pm and charged $250 and told me they were giving me a deal... a joke!! Do not use them unless you have no expectations!

I was riding my bike around Davis today @ 9AM and one of your trucks almost hit me. If you are rough on the road, you are probably rough with the moving, not recommended.
I am deeply and humbly sorry if one of our trucks came close to colliding with you and your bicycle. Our trucks are in the Boston, Cambridge and Somerville areas on a daily basis and bicycle awareness / safety is a top priority for us.

Wow! These guys are awesome! Great communication and follow up from Mike Berbs! Fast, professional, on time and on budget on a two state move! And most importantly some big, unwieldy family heirlooms made it safe and sound. Thanks again guys. Job well done at a fair price.
This is my second time using Precision Moving Company for a move, and they continue to be fantastic. The company has been incredibly communicative, reliable, and friendly each time. I had to store my items for a few days between leases and had no issues on either end of the move. Ngadi, Brian, and Javier were careful and efficient moving my furniture and boxes, and made sure I was happy with where everything went. Thank you again!
This is our second move with Precision and they were great! Christian and Ish were very friendly and professional. They managed all of our stuff, including dis/assembling our bed and table, AND hauled everything up to our new second floor place. We really appreciate that they were so proactive and communicative about potential changes to the estimate as the day progressed. They unexpectedly had one less person so they dropped the hourly rate and extended the total time, which was very sensible.
Precision moving is amazing! This is the second time I moved with them, and it has always been fast, professional, handled with care, and honestly very reasonable pricing for this market! When I realized the huge bulky dining table doesn’t suite the original room I chose, they even gladly helped me carry it all the way to another room on the other side of the house. Highly recommend Precision Moving! They are really the best mover in the Boston market!!!
