In their own words
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! To begin the employees were very unprofessional. It seems that they were under trained as well because it seemd the gentleman driving the large truck was having trouble backing up. Also they were very messy. Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Nope!
Hi Jessica, I have looked in our system and we do not have anyone under your name. Feel free to give us a call so we can get to the bottom of this [phone removed]. Otherwise this sounds like a fake review or you have the wrong company. -Eric
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Hands-down the best moving company I've used (and I've used over 20!) I've moved more than 20 times across California and Idaho, and I can confidently say Better Route Moving is the best moving company I've ever worked with. The owner, Eric, is a former Marine--and you can tell. His crew runs with military-level precision, professionalism, and respect. They're clean-cut, kind, organized, and move fast without compromising on care. Every single item was handled with serious attention to detail.
Tim, thank you for the incredible review and for trusting Better Route Moving with your relocation. Coming from someone who’s moved over 20 times, your words mean a lot — and we're honored to have earned your confidence. … More
Eric and his team saved us! When moving day finally arrived, we were not ready. Eric called in an extra person, brought more boxes, helped with last minute packing, and got us out of our house on time. Every person on his team was professional, friendly, helpful and hardworking. It has been 17 years since the last time we have moved--this was a monumental task as well as emotional. The whole team took care of us from beginning to end. I give Better Route Moving 6 out of 5 stars-- they were amazing!
Hi Coleen! Thank you for the amazing review! We know how stressful it is to move after nearly two decades, so we were more than happy to jump in with some extra help and packing support. I'm so proud of the crew for taking such great care of you from start to finish.
I’ve known Eric Lopez for most of my life, and I’ve also had the opportunity to personally observe him operate Better Route Moving and serve his customers. The same integrity, work ethic, and professionalism that have defined his character for years are evident in the way he runs his business. As a Marine Corps veteran, husband, father, and business owner, Eric leads with discipline, honesty, and genuine care for the people he serves.
Eric and his crew at Better Route Moving were absolutely AMAZING. No words can describe how efficient these guys were. Eric’s military background truly shows because his crew operates like a well oiled machine. Every single team member was kind, respectful, professional, and incredibly fast. This company is veteran owned, local to the Treasure Valley, and genuinely cares about their customers. Eric doesn’t treat you like just another client, he treats you like family.
