In their own words
Valley Custom Moving was great from beginning to the end of our local move. Great communication. Clear pricing (better than most). And a great experience overall. Movers arrived on time and loaded truck very efficiently and professionally. Carlos and Austin treated our house and belongings as if they were their own. I'd highly recommend Valley Custom for your next move.
We've now had a chance to use VCM for three jobs of varying sizes...one was a relatively straightforward furniture move, one was a much larger move of household goods, and the third was a more complicated one involving moving homes and bringing in items from storage. Over the course of this, our experience was mixed...on the smaller jobs they were efficient and a good value, but on the largest job they were understaffed, lost at times and ended up costing more than they should have due to taking far too long.
The guys were very professional and took very good care of our furniture that was a family heirloom!! They wrapped it carefully to protect it while moving. They were very responsive to giving extra notice of their location during the move. Stayed right on schedule!! Would definitely use them again or refer them to others!
We used Valley Custom Moving to pack and move out of our home after selling it and again moving from a storage unit to our new home. Highly recommend their services! Both occasions the movers arrived on time and Carlos and Connor were a pleasure to deal with. The price quoted was accurate as well. We would use them again.
