Purchased contents of a storage unit recently and while they were very nice and helpful at the beginning when it came time to get our cleaning deposit back they denied us claiming we put a washing machine in their trash bin, which we did not. She claimed she had us on camera doing it at first, then she said it could have been another person that was there that day but yet when I asked to see the video myself, she was unable to do so.

We called bill to get a unit and he answered the phone with an attitude and said well I can't help you and hung up on our face!!! It's storming raining and we got scammed out of a storage unit but called bill being his site says 24hours but he said we're not truely 24hours!!!! Please update your stuff sir!!!!

I rented a storage unit today from Tonya . I had seen their ad on Facebook and all thoe it was a few minutes out of the way I had to check them out and im extremely glad I did. Tonya went over and beyond to assist me, her professionalism & kindness sealed the deal for me! The price was great but because of her and how easy she made this process for me was why I rented from this storage facility. The facility is well maintained, clean. Highly recommend! Bills great to work with! It’s pretty cool how you can rent a storage unit without a physical person standing in front of you! They are open 24hrs a day. The place is very clean and cameras everywhere. I feel my stuff is pretty safe here. Highly recommend!
