Big Brother Moving I don’t often give reviews but I’m a very disappointed with this company. I called this company on Thursday April 30th and got a moving quote of $119 an hour. I was not made aware of a travel fee. Had I been informed of that I wouldn’t have chosen this company. They showed up at 10:00am claiming it was 9:30am.

I have booked this company for my moving from Coquiltam Center area to Burquitlam station in Coquiltam itself. It was supposed to get started the moving at 3pm on Nov 30th. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. I had booked our building’s elevator for only two hours (3-5pm); but no one appeared till 4:15pm so I had to take some boxes myself to my own car ((( at 4:15pm two people without any dolly or track came in my place and started to take the boxes to the loading area....they were good…

I would not recommend this company. It took 4 guys 7 hours to move my small 2 bed apartment furniture and boxes. The journey between the two locations was 20 minutes. They sat around and moved one item at a time and charged me for their lunch break. They also tried to charge me for time where they did nothing and tried to charge me more than they quoted.

I have a very simple move that would take only around 3 hours and a short distance to drive from pickup to drop off. I was quoted $2200.00. This was 3 to 4 times higher than other quotes I received. I have used several movers in the past and this was by far way higher than any of them. So needless to say, I didn't use them to do my move.

I am writing this view so late but still want to share our appreciations! Thanks to Cam and his crew, they did an excellant job to us. We moved from a townhouse to an appartment, they moved our two big office desks from upstairs, disassembled and reassembled the desks, so professional, taking good care of our furnitures, even worked extra hours, they still being nice and cheerful, a great team work are much appreciated!
