I had reserved the 24th of January about 3 weeks out. I had called Mike about 2 weeks prior to make sure we were still on. Mike called the day before on Sunday just to verify, once again said he would be at our place between 8 and 9 a.m. They did not show up at 10:30a.m. my husband calls me to inform me they were not there. By the way I asked for 3 men at 165.00. I called Mike to find out where they were. He said they were 45 minutes out.
This post comes what some may say is too late. I can't speak about what crew he has now, but in 2023 when I moved, items were wrapped well, but STILL some damage to furniture, Xbox controller missing, and now it's come to light that a 4 …
I’m super apologetic at what may have happened on your movie a year ago I would love for you to give me a call so we can resolve your issue. Also maybe there’s a box that your Xbox controller happens to be in and if there is a four-wheel dolly that we accidentally left on our truck due to it…
His crew damaged my $2K TV then denied it. Worst moving experience of my life and I've moved over 30 times. The owner refuses to believe that they damaged it and questioned the value. He also to me that I'd be wasting my time if I tried to sue him because he always wins. We'll see about that! The attached pics don't lie...shows exactly the type of work they do or should I say doesn't do. If you don't value your belongings then by all means give them a call!!!
I’m very disappointed today… I open up my storage unit to find a lot of are stuff broken but this one peice gets me ! mike the owner nd Franklin where’s the ones on the job nd both smelled like alcohol tried to ignore the fact because there moving are stuff but my wife nd I are very upset I don’t recommend big mikes moving for any needs WILL NOT CALL AGAIN

Big Mike’s crew arrived on time, provided efficient, safe and professional services for our move; protected all our furniture and breakables, although we had not done so; the charge for services was reasonable; next time we will call Big Mike’s for our next move
Big Mike is great and accommodating. His team came through for clients on short notice. Not many moving companies were responsive due to a last minute, sudden need for moving (which is understandable). We are so thankful for his services and I will definitely refer others for business. We used Big Mike on 3 occassions to move furniture we purchased on Facebook Marketplace. Some of these moves involved multiple pickup locations and large pieces. In all cases, Big Mike's team did an outstanding job. His prices are fair, and his teams are extremely conscientious, hard working, and polite. I can't say enough about Big Mike and I highly recommend him for your moving needs.
