Patti is most courteous and very pleasant while she explained and showed me around their beautiful surroundings, most definitely loved it and moved my contents from Uhaul to Monster. Patti was a great help to the process and was willing to show us the unit before purchase as well as extremely helpful and quick with the entire leasing process.
