In their own words
Requested that they move a very small amount of furniture from my third floor apartment to my first story apartment. Was given a card stock advertising card from my new property manager for them and one of the movers was her husband. The card itself explicitly stated that they are licensed and insured. Come to find out that they don’t honor their own insurance and have all these exceptions of things that are not covered that they only let you aware of once they have already started moving your things.

It’s been a few weeks since we had this team move us in. It was honestly a terrible mistake to hire them. We only have a few pieces of furniture that is nice and wanted specifically protected from damage. I get that things happen however we have chips, scratches, gouges, and dents over each piece of furniture. They they also broke the top off of one of our palms. They left damages on the front door and side door of our new house, as well as damaging one door at our old house.
Hello 👋 Mr. Day. I would like to resolve any issue. You had NO complaints during the move. You signed off Successful & Complete with a smile so we are VERY confused at your comments? … More
I would honestly give zero stars if that was an option. This company is a joke. The owner, Marcus is beyond… his antics make no sense. Why am I giving a deposit for a local move? From what I have gathered after the fact, no other company collects a deposit to move local. He was also very unprofessional and had a serious lack of customer service. My belongings were not protected as they should have been. It’s like he threw everything inside the truck. There was no organization.
This is a fake review from a competitor. You can completely disregard it. They told me themselves they would leave a fake review. I have proof. This is an account with zero reviews freshly made. Google, can you do me a favor and take this one down for being illegitimate? Thank you!
These guys are the worst out there!! They did all kinds of damage to our furniture and we wound up in court and they lost! We still did not recoup all our damages. They didn't even wrap our furniture when loading it on a cart, we took pictures. He had the nerve to tell the Judge in court there was a invisible coating on the hand truck! She caught him in several lies and ruled against him. It was the worst experience in moving we have ever had!!! Beware of this company!!!
This fake review is a fictitious statement, Filled with Lies. It should be removed as it is completely irrelevant. This is review extortion. … More

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

These guys were AMAZING. Fast, efficient, professional, and somehow still cracking jokes while hauling furniture up to a second-floor apartment in Florida heat that felt personally offensive. 😭 They handled everything with a positive attitude, put items exactly where I wanted them, and even helped with a few little handy jobs without hesitation. Nothing felt rushed or careless. They worked hard the entire time and made a super stressful moving day way easier.
