In their own words
Fabulous customer service, prompt and responsive and exceptionally professional. Far exceed expectations. Lindsey and Alex and their team invested an up front evaluation of my father's 3600 square foot home that involved motorcycles, heavy furniture and large fossils. That site visit allowed them to efficiently pack and move my day ahead of schedule.
Completed a full-service move recently from SoCal to NorCal with Big Win Moving. Chose them as they had excellent online reviews, and they were also incredibly responsible and available via phone and email. Getting a quote, invoice, and scheduling the move were all very smooth and seamless. They also were able to get a Certificate of Insurance to my new apartment building. The day before the move, they called to confirm the date and time of loading.
After an extensive search to find the right moving company's to hire, we finally landed on Big Win because they are licensed and bonded, which gave me peace of mind. The booking process was easy and the movers even called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. The move itself took about 4 hours to compete and I didn't have to lift a finger it was amazing! They got everything safely delivered to our new house with no dents, dings, and damage. 5 stars!
Once in a lifetime, you find a business that sets the bar higher then anyone in the playing field! Great customer care and service. And can I just say as a veteran i can appreciate the discipline it takes to be a mover and be responsible for people's furmitue day end and day out and maintain a positive and profeasional attitude. You guys are the best! PERIOD.
