In their own words
Company failed to pay the $16 for a street parking permit which would have reserved space for them, so they chose to block my driveway with their truck instead. I had to ask them twice to move before they did. Rather than apologize, they called me rude for not being nice to them about it. If you're going to be in the moving business in Seattle, just get the permits. You can even charge the customer for them. Don't worry, someone paying $1M for a townhouse can afford it.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

We contacted Bigfoot Moving Service to help us move household items from a home we sold as well as moving a storage unit. The team was extremely flexible as we changed plans several times. They showed up on time and ready to work. They performed flawlessly and the team of three was very professional. They worked efficiently and effortlessly in both the loading and unloading process. They where very gentle with our items and didn't have any hidden cost's when it was all said and done.
I have moved many times in my life and Bigfoot made my most recent move the easiest. I can see why they were highly recommended by family and friends. Anthony responded to my inquiry about availability and pricing promptly on a weekend and booking/contracts were a breeze. I had a 2 man crew with truck and his time estimate was spot on. I was the second appointment of the day and I was texted with a 30 minute heads up before arrival.
Amazing service!!! Movers were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional! Highly recommend! Cost is straightforward and you know what to expect ahead of time. The owner Anthony is so helpful and great with communication!!!
Bigfoot Moving was referred to me by neighbor and I am so happy for the referral. Anthony, the owner, responded to my online request promptly and the pricing was upfront and transparent. Anthony and Scooter packed up my kitchen, moved me from two flights of stairs, drove to the POD site, packed the POD and took another run to the dump. They were fast, efficient, professional and friendly… and the price came in lower than quoted. I’m so appreciative of their hard work. If you need a mover, I highly recommend!
