I thought this place was really good. In fact the first time I hired them they did a great job and i gave them a great review. Well the second time not so much. During the second time I hired them, the crew took almost an hour to start loading anything. The guys were losing their phones and more worried about the story of why we were moving out than doing their jobs.

We used them about 4-5 years ago and were so happy with their service at that time, so when we moved again last summer they were the only ones we called. We set the move date/time with them on the phone, then sent an email to confirm. Yes, they said, you are on the calendar. Only...they didn't show up! I finally called and was told we weren't on their calendar, but they could make room for us in 2 days. Ok, fine, as by then it was too late to call anyone else. We had already moved our pet supplies, bedding, etc.

Horrible customer service. I was willing to give them my business, at any price, but could not get a return call. Not sure what the problem was, but they clearly didn't care about me.

This was our second time using Careful Movers and they were once again fantastic! First time was for a full home move and this time was for moving a hot tub from another residence to our home’s backyard. Excellent communication in scheduling and ensuring move details and prep were clear so we were ready for the move. The team of 3 made moving a very heavy hot tub look easy and did an awesome job getting it safely moved into its new location.

I have recommended Careful Movers to several clients now. Recently, Triston and Ashton moved an entire floor of heavy, fragile furniture from one floor to another (to prepare for a remodel), and helped us label and document everything so that we would know exactly how it will be setup again once the remodel is done. They are very thorough, flexible, and good communicators too.
I was impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency that this company offered. I’ve never hired movers before and was anxious that something would go wrong with timing or otherwise but everything was complete smooth sailing. The movers were courteous, experienced, and worked hard. Very thankful for the positive experience.
