In their own words
Mike and his team were outstanding. I moved from Seattle to Pullman in June 2021, and after getting 6 quotes, Mike gave me a great price—he was flexible and helped work within my budget. Not only that, his guys picked up all my stuff in less than an hour and dropped it off later that night. The movers were friendly and super professional: the mattress and couch and other things wrapped in plastic, everything was handled with care, and they took apart and put together my bed frame quickly and perfectly.
We have moved a lot, and this crew really impressed us with their attention to detail, and care for our furniture. They arrived on time, walked through the house with me to assess the move, and had us fully in the moving van in a few hours. When we got to the new house, we walked that house as well, to discuss where larger furniture should be placed. The results were spectacular - the crew had nailed it. All we had to do was arrange the lamps, and then we CRASHED... time for bed.
10/10 would recommend! Incredibly professional, careful, and efficient. We had to reschedule because of the snow storm but the owner was responsive and very helpful. He cared about keeping everyone safe given the road conditions and I definitely appreciated that.
We just used Budget Moving to move from our apartment to our house, and were extremely impressed. Our realtor highly recommended them, having personally used them for 3 moves over the years, as well as recommending them to other clients. Mike was great to deal with via email leading up to the move, and the team that came was incredibly professional and quick. Jose and his team worked incredibly hard and got everything done in much less time than we were anticipating, and everything was flawless.
