This company would maybe be good if you were moving boxes and things that you didn't need to be careful with. But if you have furniture and fragile things, expect damage. Our washer and dryer, dressers and office desks, bed frame and brand new king mattress all suffered scratches, chips, broken legs/feet, missing hardware, etc. It was incredibly disappointing to see them sliding our brand new king mattress across the asphalt and dirty inside od the truck with no wrapping or cover.
Had a move scheduled at 08:00 recv'd a call to cancel as I'm heading out and driving to site. Both movers sick on Monday AM move with a ankle injury and the other had COVID , I assume this happened over weekend with zero back up men and were not offering another time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PHONE CALL and didn't make my day. Nice front office but that's as far as it went . Didn't hear from them as a Courtesy.
Julie, as much as we hate to admit it this is a fair review. This was the only move we ever had to cancel and as you stated in your review this was a perfect storm for us. We are very sensitive to the positive Covid test and didn't want to put you or your mother in harms way.
They were not prepared for the move by any means. They lacked the proper equipment and experience. Damage was done not only to my home but a significant amount of my furniture that is not repairable. Have been very patient waiting on insurance to find out it is being denied due to lack of coverage. The reviews on here come from one of the owners and employees. Do not use this company if you want your move to be successful or stress free. They lack the knowledge and experience.
Hi Candice, Big Dome Movers is no longer around. Bigger Better Movers acquired certain aspects of this company in June and terminated the relationship with prior staff, systems, etc. There is currently no relationship between prior ownership or team members.
The movers did a very good job in a timely manner. The problem was they were to be here a 9am. The time was rescheduled to 1030 am. I was not contacted about the time change. I found out about the time change when I call at 915am to find out if there was a problem.

Horrible company. Don't use!!!! Nobody in the company cares about people. There is nobody at the company that is even HUMAN!!!! And management likes to threaten women.

Robert and his team with Bigger Better Movers were absolutely fantastic! I have used movers many times, and I can say this has been the best experience I have had. Starting from their quote (which was absolutely spot on), to their communication, their work ethic, and effective and efficient use of time while maintaining proper care of your furniture. They do charge by the hour, but don’t worry because they don’t waste any time! I felt that it was very fair pricing.

This was without a doubt the best moving experience I have ever had in my life. Grayson was able to help my family with a multi-stop multi city move with very short notice at an extremely competitive rate. Since they already had a truck out for a different job that had to travel along our return route, they gave us a discount for the miles & travel time on the move which was so incredibly kind. The movers were on time and extremely professional and capable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 1000 stars, I would!) As a leasing agent, I’ve always recommended Bigger Better Movers to my residents and the feedback has always been great. But this time it was my turn—I was moving over an hour away and into a third-floor apartment. From the very beginning, the process was effortless. I reached out about a month before my move, and within 5 minutes I had a quote (super affordable), a scheduled time, and the number of movers who would be helping me.
Me and my wife moved a few months back and I forgot to make a review but haven’t forgotten what an amazing job they did My wife told me never will we ever carry our stuff up stairs and we’ll had to find movies , being that I’m in a industry I get to meet a lot of companies this was one moving company I didn’t hear much about but the sales reps where so fast and efficient about setting my times and communicating what will or will not be done and how we can even make things faster I assumed 2 hours of working time…
